The auditors wrote the data this way. And in reality, there are 24 columns being used. Whatever name is in a designated column (called dedall) plus the occurance position of that column determines what the numbers mean in other columns from 1 to 24 (called dedamt1, dedamt2 ... dedamt24). I agree Yuck.
