Hi,

In a Windows 98 machine I get the message "Too many files open". At the moment there were 70 files open by VFP. In config.sys it says files=200 and also hileshigh = 200 (Some program added the last statement automatically, I did not). There are no other programs open except the usual residents (anti virus, etc). The problem does not ocurr in an NT machine.

Any ideas ? TIA.
