As others have mentioned you can't. However, you may already have the control you need in the Microsoft Forms 2.0 Commandbutton ActiveX control. Unfortunately, you can't set the back color in design mode, but by placing:

This.BackColor = lncolor && desired color

in the control's Init will produce the desired result.
