Yes it is possible though automation. As for the code I would recommend getting the book Microsoft Office Automation With Visual FoxPro by Tamar Granor and Della Martin. It will take you through automating Excel with VFP and would be a very useful tool in your VFP belt of tricks.

You could also search here on the word Excel and you should find some code sample that will help you see what you can do.
