Follow these steps:
1) Create all the tables with the appropiated fields in the same order they are in the excel files.

2) Eliminate all the redundant rows in the excel files (Titles, etc), i other words, there must be ONLY data

3) For each excel file do this in VFP:

append from the_excel_table type XLS

You are done!
