The setup wizard will take care of that (i think). Make sure to click the Active-X option and select the OCX components your app is using. The cab reports will designate the OCX that need to be deployed. If you are using a third party "SETUP" wizard (like Install Shield), you might check with the vendor. However, the on board setup-wizard will report what dlls are required for deployment, providing they are selected.
