I'm not sure that this is relevent here, though I may be mistaken. Business days I would think are pretty universally considered to be Monday through Friday. Regardless of what the first day of the week is considered to be, there should always be five business days in a week. Since there a seven full days in a full week. Thus my solution. The problem was, essentially, how many business days (Monday-Friday) have occurred between two dates.
