Alright listen to this ...

I am running NT4, SP5, IIS4. I am running the ftp service, When a customer tries to delete a file from his/her directory, The command seems to work but The file doesn't delete, The permissions on the file disappear, The Administrator can't change the permissions or Delete the file... The only way to remove the file is to stop the FTP service, After it is stopped the file magically is gone :)

Any Idea's ?
