That is getting even more interesting. So far, nobody from about a 1000 people who downloaded it reported that it does not work. :)
That's DynamicBackColor property expression which highlights the row (set aside the code which highlights the current cell and a header). Could you check in the Watch window if the gridhighlighter1.nRecno property actually changes
when you move in your grid?

Is it all happening on the same PC? Make sure that
this.parent.gridhighlighter1.highlight_row()
in your Grid.AfterRowColChange() is not commented out somehow.
