I need to set the Store Unique toggle "on" so downloaded files are not overwritten in file name collisions.

When I login to the FTP server on our NT from a client machine and issue a remote help command, the server reports that it supports the STOU (store unique)command. When I use it, E.G., STOU C:\filename.txt the NT reports that there is an invalid number of parameters. I have used several different FTP programs and all get the same error. (All of these programs can successfully use STOU on other sites.)

I found one FTP program that queries the status of the FTP server and it reports that the Store Unique toggle is off. Where is the place on the NT the various FTP server settings are stored/changed?
