I found the problem. In the DOS version Push Key Clear & Pop Key worked fine but in the Windows version they used a system menu for the same items that also wokred with the hot keys. I had set the sysmenu off and that was what caused the hot keys not to function. It was not PUSH KEY CLEAR or POP KEY
