IE Favorites

Is their an object I can make use of that will read the users favorites folder and convert all the favorites into a dbf? I would need to get the filename "Microsoft Home Page.url" and the actual url that is contained in the properties of the url file (http://www.microsoft.com).

Next I would like to get the ip address using the dsn or url. Is there a way to do this from VFP?
