Overallocation of swap file space, inadequate total system memory and any number of other details. If you don't want to try the advice, just forget I even answered. It's your system, you asked a general question, and I gave you what I'd look at. I'm sure you know far more than I do about this app and configuration than I do, so do whatever makes you happy.
