Part 1 of 2
Is their an object I can make use of that will read the users favorites folder and convert all the favorites into a dbf? I would need to get the filename "Microsoft Home Page.url" and the actual url that is contained in the properties of the url file (
http://www.microsoft.com).
Part 2 of 2
Next I would like to get the ip address using the dsn or url. Is there a way to do this from VFP?

www.west-wind.comThanks for pointing this method out. I just ordered Web Connection yesterday and am anxiously awaiting its arrival. I also found out that IE has an export function that will convert all your favorites into html. I guess I'm going to use VFP to do a low level file read to extract the info I need.
Thanks again!
Thanks in advance or I hope this helps!
