I agree with you. The _SCREEN object doesnot exist at that moment, when
VFP reads Config.fpw. But then why this information can be read in
Installation Guide (and in UT KB)?

>AFAIK, you can use most of the SET commands in config.fpw. I think you cannot specify any values to object properties(Like _SCREEN.Caption) because the objects do not exist when VFP starts-up.
