I'm the mother of a 2 year old working as an independent consultant out of my house. I had a difficult time juggling parenthood and working out of the house. I do stop at about 5:00 and have the luxury of taking Friday's off to spend time with my daughter. I do work after she goes to bed around 8:30. My husband and I make sure we spend time together, alone.
