Thanks for the quick response, Doug. The puzzling thing is that I do have SFREPIMG.DBF in my project (& marked as included). Could there be something else that SFUTILITY needs in order to find and load image files? Is there a way I can try to isolate the problem?

I am thinking that the error message may have nothing to do with the root cause. Then again, this thought just may be my natural VFP paranoia.
