Hey all,

Ok, after watching the discussion go back and forth for a few days I'm wondering if everyone has had enough time to think over the merits of Stored Procedures v. Remote Views. Would it be possible to get everyone to categorize the pros and cons of each approach in such a manner as to create the basis for a good online/wikis FAQ?

Perhaps we could start with an approach like this:

RV - Security - Con: Reason 1
                     Reason 2
                     Reason 'n'
 
SP - Security - Con: Reason 1
                     Reason 'n'

followed by:

RV - Security - Pro: Reason 1
                     Reason 2
                     Reason 'n'

                     Rebuttal to Reason 1
                     etc..

SP - Speed - Con: Reason 1
                  Reason 'n'

SP - Speed - Pro: Reason 1
                  Reason 2
                  Reason 'n'

                  Rebuttal 'n'

Etc...
