Hi Nadya,

I vehemently disagree.

People who post files are doing so to help others, not to market or maintain a product, which would be released through other means. I don't think it's fair to put any burden on a file's author as to feedback ... the author should be free to indicate a willingness to entertain comments in a README or other mechanism.

>I saw complains several times, that people, who posted their files, never got user's feedback. For instance, I never recieved any comments about files, which I posted, though I see, that number of downloads <>0.
