Thanks for the info and I hope you passed it on to Cindy. As far as upgrading, Shaw doesn't buy individual software packages, it buys licenses that allow the free distribution with the company. So there's no way on God's green earth that a single user could get an upgrade. The headaches we had when we tried to renew our MSDN Universal last year were enormous because of this.
