Is it just me, or is the RSToCursor method of VFPCOM unable to deal with field names longer than 10 characters?

I've been using the old rs2dbf function that I've morphed into a class, and was delighted by the increase in speed when I tried VFPCOM.

Imagine my display when it truncated the SQL field names!
