This is better :

ll2xTable = ( (fcount()+1)*32+1 = header() )
or
llVFPTable = ( (fcount()+1)*32+1+263 = header() )

First 1 is for 32 bytes in header till first field subrecord. Each field subrecords are 32 bytes. Second 1 is for 0x0D header record terminator, 263 is backlink info space size (DBC too is a free table with that space empty - 0x00).
