Wait a second, I'll go you one better :-)

I have Acrobat Distiller and PDFWriter installed and I just found that under that same "Print to the following port" combo, I could choose "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 4.0\PDF Output\*.pdf (PDF Port)" and then next time I print, I'm prompted for a PDF file name!
