For previewing the report in bigger font, the only solution till this date I have found is to create 2 reports, one which will get printed on printer and one with the large fonts for preview...

If you will remove the info. of printer driver in frx it will use the default settings.. Now say you designed your report for a custom size paper bigger then A4, your default printer must provide that paper size option..
