>Just thought I'd pass this along... I've occasionally hit this problem with Source control and sometimes copying projects via CD where some or all of the files end up being marked read-only and the project won't build. While it's OK for MOST of the files to be rea-only, some can not be. VFP give you the "can not update cursor" error, though they neglect to tell you WHICH cursor it is. I found that if you issue ON ERROR SET STEP ON prior to building, it will indeed stop so that you can read the offending file name from the status bar.
