I am using SFReports with Mere Mortals and it is working great. I seemed to remember having some problems initially with loading the images, but can't remeber the specifics. You may want to try and search the messages here under the Stonefield category. I tried this morning, but there seems to be a problem with the server.

Could it have something to do with you PATH? I am not sure where you have the images, but it sounds like the application is not finding them and adding this folder to your path may solve the problem.
