What you meant '...to check many considerations and user response'? Middle-tire COM object works just in the request-response way and it is stateless, so what checking you need? Just query data and send it.
Look to West Wind site for Rick's articlles about XML and SOAP. Look to his classes (wwXML, wwSOAP). They help to organize communication between tires using XML, that guarantee correct data transfer.
