I had heard there was some problems with FPW and W2K with a difference between a clean install of W2K, vs. an upgrade install. I have not found that to be a problem in either case, with either FPW or with FPD. Everthing works in all environments.

One thing to check for, make sure that any paths you may have specified in the CONFIG.FP or CONFIG.FPW actually exist in your new environment.
