I didn't mean to imply that you talk directly to the USB port. The SET PRINTER TO should hook VFP to the right physical device on the USB network. My notbook doesn't list the USB port as a selectable one in the printer setup, I'm assuming that it's because I've not ever installed a USB printer which should put the right driver in place to work over USB.
