Reminds me of a rule I live buy in designing systems - which is - No software solution will ever compensate for bad operational procedures ....

I finally got up a enough nerve one time (and had enough work :-) ) to tell one prospective client - "Look - if you guys are gonna insist on being idiots, there is nothing I or any software can do for you"
