Hi!

Thanks! Will look to it.

>Vlad,

>I saw you were asking over there about the basics of certification. All of this is explained by Micorsoft on their site, http://www.microsoft.com/trainingandservices/default.asp. You will need to surf around a little to get all the information you need. Information on registration is available at http://www.microsoft.com/trainingandservices/default.asp?PageID=mcp&PageCall=examreg&SubSite=examinfo, which is a link from the first URL above.
>
>Also, taking exams was discussed in the study group - things like what you were allowed to bring into the exam room, etc. You'll need to read and study all of the logs and other links to get this information.
>
>There are also several Microsoft public newsgroups dealing with certification. The news server is msnews.microsoft.com. Put "cert" in the filter and you'll find them.

>>>Hi folks,
>>>
>>>I have been programming in VFP 6.0 for almost 2 years now. I understand the programming part itself is not enough for one to get certified like MCP. I want to be a MCP and I want to give MCP exam say next month. I spoke to a local institute who conduct MS exams and told I can give exam any time I wish. Could someone please tell me where should I start? I went to fox.wikis site and had a glance but there are too many things like conceptual design, case studies etc. I thought exams are going to be in objective type. How the case study is incorporated into it?
>>>
>>>Thanks for all your valuable suggestions.

The professional level of programmer could be determined by level of stupidity of his/her bugs

It is not appropriate to say that question is "foolish". There could be only foolish answers. Everybody passed period of time when knows nothing about something.
