I am looking for source material that covers SQL queries in detail using Oracle 8i.

One simple example is: I want to have columns A, B, and C in my result GROUPED BY A, B. What is the simplest and most efficient way to do this?

Of course I would love an answer to this question, but I would also like a book recommendation.
