>Yup, you're right. The function name threw me, and I what I intended to type was that the free table that (I'm pretty sure) gets created is limited to 10 char field names. I'd do a quick test to confirm this if I could get to any of my SQL Servers (arrrghhh, what happened?!).


Then they should have named it RSToUselessOutmodedFreeTable()

Does anyone know of another way to do this, other than rstodbf? (Which, despite it's name, is actually rstocursor!)
