Is the dll registered?
There is a good article that might help you in the MSDN periodicals section....Look in The February 1999 FoxTalk for an article by Steve Zimmelman. It talks about creating a VFP dll for use with other front ends and gives some examples for delphi and VB and talks about installing the dll. It should give you some help.
