YOu could try ActiveDocuments, and then you probably wouldn't need to change much, but I don't think they are as useful as you'd like.

Otherwise, check out West Wind's Web COnnect. It allows you to power HTML pages via VFP, and if I remember write, had a tool to convert youf forms to DHTML.

Re-writing will be required, but if you have a compenetized n-tier design in your app, it should make things alot easier.
