I agree with you. I prefer using TableUpdate() and TableRevert and buffering, but the guy I work for is from the old school of FoxPro for Windows and FoxPro for DOS and wants me to use the old commands in our applications on our multi-user network such as SCATTER...GATHER...IS EDITING = .T. OR .F., etc. NO BUFFERING ALLOWED. He hates buffering! Sometimes it makes me want to pull my hair out. And I can't argue with him. He's always right, if you know what I mean.
