I would check to see which tables you have "excluded" in your project. I would then verify that you are distributing the "excluded" tables. The culprit that comes to mind is the classes table.

As far as the CGetFileNameTextL class goes, are you overriding the click event of the elipses button? Are you overriding the DisplayValues method? The way that class works is that the click event of the button calls the DisplayValues method of the container. This code can be found in the CCmdGetVal and CCmdGetFile classes located in the CCtlLib class library.
