I've looked at the descriptions of Intl before. It handles all that I'm doing and want to do and probably much more.

But, my app is already 95% done and works great for what it was designed to do. I only need this last class to complete some modifications. It is also an exercise in programming so it is fun to do.

My real question was if others had different coding ideas, or criticisms, to see possibilities I overlooked.
