Oh, well, currency type have more priority ;)

Use mton() function to convert field in query.

>>Select sum(AMOUNT)+ 000.0000 as myamount ……
>>
>>
>>>This is my code:
>>>Select ,sum(AMOUNT) as myamount ……
>>>My question is: I want myamount to be DATA TYPED as NUMBER 8.4… any ideas?

>Vlad, that is not work.... my data type is still currency...maybe I did
>something wrong...:)))
