Thank you for your reply. I understand what you mean. The error message I got I had no idea what does it mean: "OLE error code 0X80040112:appropriate license for this class not found.". in this code: this.osession = createobject("msmapi.mapisession.1"). I installed everything like we dicussed before. Everything works on other PCs. On this PC it worked the first day and user has been receiving this error since. thanks.
