The issue with scalability has to do with the number of open connections on the server. Every server has a finite amount of available resources and open connections eat away at them. Any solution that keeps connections open when the data is not being retrieved or updated has scalability issues. From what I've seen, this is one of the big improvements in DataClasCOM over DataClas 2000.
