I have a class called "Selection" that have it's instancing set to "MultiUse" but I can't seem to create a new object instance from the class. The following code generates the error "Invalid use of New keyword error":

Dim S As New Selection

I have over 2 dozen similar classes with what I think are basically exact same class settings and all others work fine. I don't know what is it about this particular class that's different. Anyone know what I should check for? TIA.
