MDAC 2.6 has been released. It will not contain ODBC drivers for VFP but they will still be available in MDAC 2.5 and there will be an OLE DB provider for VFP out soon.

I get lost easily in teh /Data pages and the SDK docs but it looks like MS has declared ODBC a thing of the past and OLE DB is now the current technology.

Can someone explain further?
