Thats what I meant when I said rebuild it. If you want to change the SQL prop, you've got to close the tables in the DE, drop View from DBC, rebuild it then add it back. That a lot of overhead. OTOH, an SPT cursor can be required and the new cursor just overwrites the old.

There is never a need to change a SP during runtime.
