Make a copy of your FoxUser.
Set Resource to this copy.
Customize the Print Preview toolbar by dragging the print icon off of it and back to the customzie dialog.
Build the special FoxUser into your app.
In your application, just before you preview, set resource to this special FoxUser, preview, set resource to your usual FoxUser, then have the user print using your print button.

You still have the problem of what to do if the priter jams or whatever and the user has to reprint.


>When a report is previewed, is there a way to avoid having the print icon on the report toolbar? (or a way to know if the report was printed from the preview) I need to know if a given report is viewed or printed so that I can re-set some values in the tables.
