Why not use LeftColumn property? When grid scrolled horizontally, LeftColumn property contains Column order number of column that is first in current visible portion in grid. Than you can set ColumnOrder property of your Frozen column to reorder it by such way that it will be shown instead of current Left Column (Do this in Scrolled event AND in some other events that cause grid to scroll).
