Lal, you cannot. Doing so you want to make printing in 'background' mode, while users can do other things during printing, right? Much like 'Background printing' mode in MS Word... But it is not possible to organize directly in VFP. Specially by WindowType property that have no effect in run-time mode.
Better way of doing that is to make separate application and run it to do printing while user works in main application. However, it is worth enough to mess with it? It may take some time...
