Amazing, got the answer in mere seconds ( well, about 300 till it was working ! ) thanks to all

* sleep.prg
* usefull sleep function !!

parameter secs
DECLARE Sleep IN Win32API INTEGER nMilliseconds
nSleepSeconds = secs
nMilliseconds = nSleepSeconds * 1000
=Sleep(nMilliSeconds)
