Thanks for the reply.
Actually the code was just fictitious as I the actual code that I was having problems with consists of a lot more lines that I wanted to post up here, so I ended up just doing a "quick" representation to show what was happening. I wasn't paying attention to my var names and didn't realize my hungarian notation didn't make sense until you pointed it out.
Anyway, thanks for the help on the replace command. -Rick
