Michelle and Barbara mentioned that the code needed to be in the textbox (or other control) of each column. If you want the same code run for each column, then put the code in the grid dblclick method. Then in the textbox (or other current) control for each column put

this.parent.parent.dblclick()

This will refer to the grid's dblclick code and make upkeep and changes MUCH simpler.
